These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of The Enclave Template (“Template”), a product provided by Clowdray. By purchasing or using the Template, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not purchase or use the Template.

1. License to Use the Template

Upon purchasing The Enclave Template, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Template for personal or commercial projects. The license is for one-time use, and the Template can be used for a single website or project unless otherwise specified.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the Template with others.

• Use the Template for illegal, unethical, or harmful purposes.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The Template, including but not limited to its design, content, structure, code, and assets, is owned by Clowdray and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

By purchasing the Template, you do not acquire any ownership rights to the Template or any of its components. You only receive a license to use the Template as outlined in these Terms.

3. Template Usage

You are responsible for customizing the Template and ensuring it is used according to the guidelines provided. You must replace all placeholder content (images, text, logos) with your own content before using the Template publicly.

While we provide guidance and a “how-to” guide with the Template, we are not responsible for any issues, conflicts, or errors arising from customization, use, or distribution of the Template by you.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please review all product details before making a purchase.

5. Support and Updates
